The picture shows the dams controlling the water level and on its right the ship canal leading to the Iroquois lock.
The dive starts from shore. Please take note that a current will shift you toward West. It is therefore important to take your bearings before diving. It is recommended to dive at no more than 40’, deeper your are in the seaway.

1- Beach (plage) 40-60′ From the beach, you take your bearing et go toward the area located in front of the seaway. Please take note, there is always a current which will push toward West (e.g. from left to right on the picture). The current is bit stronger on the surface than at the bottom, but always present. Approximative travel time : 2:30 hrs From highway 401, watch and take exit 738 Carman Road, heading South.
At the crossing with road 2 (King s Highway), turn left heading East.
Follow up to Elizabeth Drive and turn right. Later, the road splits, take the left branch up to the beach.
