The picture on the left shows the boat ramp located North of the entry point #1. The central picture shows the beach at entry point #2. The picture on the right shows the same beach (picture taken from the North shore).

Divers are invited to show some degree of courtesy, park authorities have refused divers because some did occupy the whole beach. It is recommended to quit the beach area and go back to his camping site to allow others to use the beach. Otherwise we might lose access to this site which is quite fun for diving.

The dive starts from shore. Some consider, that it is recommended to keeping a depth of approximatly 40-60’ deep to get familiarize with the site during the first dive.

You must rent a camping lot for the day in order to get access to diving sites (30$ in 2009).

The site is interesting for those who want to see fish and for drift dive.

 1-Drift (dérive)
40-70′  The dive starts at point #1 and ends at point #2. You have to maintain a constant depth of about 40-50’. You have take into account that you can surface at any time and let your drift along the North shore while heading toward the wharf.
 2-Beach (plage)
40-70′  From the wharf, the dive can be done going right heading against the current at a detph of 50-70’ and on the return by doing a drift dive back to the entry point while maintaining a depth of 40-50’. The dive can also be done while exploring the entire little bay. Please take note: at a depth of 50-70’ at about the point, there is a counter-current more or less important which may even stop you.
Road directions
Approximative travel time : 2:30 hrs

From highway 401, watch and take exit 685 heading South. Take the last exist before taking the brige to USA.

Turn right on the 1000 Islands Parkway and take a few distance away on your left the park entry. You must park your vehicule in the entry parking lot and acquit the camping rent fee for the day.

Once done you may deposit your gear near one of the entry points and park your vehicule on the camping lot that you just rented.
